Vietnamese Egg Coffee (Cà Phê Trứng)
A rich coffee popular in Vietnam.
Crack and egg and discard the egg white. Place the egg yolk in a mixing bowl with the sweetened condensed milk. Whisk the mixture until it becomes fluffy and frothy.
Prepare one cup of hot coffee using your preferred method. This recipe also works well using two shots of espresso.
Pour your coffee into a cup and then add the sweetened egg mixture on top. Drink and enjoy!Optionally you can mix the coffee and egg mixture together.
