Vicente’s Favorite No Bake Cookies

Description

The only recipe Andrea has never made. Seems too weird. Somebody give it a try and let me know.  Original recipe published by Sally Tamulewicz.  Grand Prairie, TX 1987.

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, milk & margarine in a heavy saucepan.  Place over medium heat and bring to a full rolling boil.  Boil one minute, stirring constantly. 

  2. Remove from heat.

    Stir in ingredients, in this order:

    • Vanilla
    • peanut butter
    • oatmeal

  3. Place a sheet of waxed paper on a cookie sheet.  Drop cookies onto it by rounded teaspoons.

    Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
