1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce watermelon (approximately two 1-inch cubes)
3 jalapeño slices

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain over ice in a rocks glass.
