Maple vinaigrette

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or more to adjust sweetness)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)
  1. mince garlic finely

  2. In a bowl, mix mustart, vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup. Pour oil slowly while whipping until obtaining creamy texture. Add garlic, salt and pepper.

    Taste and , if necessary, add more maple syrup for added sweetness.
